The drama or crisis is like a pressure release — it’s meant to restore balance within you and around you, even if it doesn’t look or feel that way at first, in the eye of the storm.
Because your inner world naturally strives for equilibrium — a balance that this crisis is trying to reestablish.

Start taking responsibility for your behavior by looking at yourself honestly in the mirror and asking:
“What did I do to create this situation?”

Together with six newly found soul connections, I had the honor of singing this incredibly simple yet deeply touching mantra — “Peace on Earth, Peace in all the Universe” — inside the tunnel of the Bosnian Pyramid in Visoko.
We met during our volunteering work and soon discovered our shared love for singing. For a long while, we sang together in the tunnel — songs that warmed our hearts and lifted our spirits.

That’s why I want to share this song with you — a melody that brings you into harmony with the Earth, the Universe, and into a state of peace.
Sing it over and over again. Again and again.
You’ll begin to dissolve into the words until they fully merge with your soul and body.
Inner peace can be that simple.

Sing the mantra “Om Shanti Om.”

The mantra “Om Shanti (Peace) Om” is so simple — and yet so powerful in moments of inner restlessness and imbalance. I love singing mantras myself and instantly feel how calm I become and how I reconnect with myself.

There are said to be 72,000 energy channels (Nadis) in our body, and 108 of them lead directly to the heart.
By chanting the mantra 108 times, we fill these energy lines — and thus our heart — with the frequency of peace.
That’s why I’ve recorded this mantra for you, sung 108 times.
Through repetition, we absorb peace into our subconscious and tune our energy body to the vibration of peace. You will feel it.
